Letter from our Elders

Dear Family,

The Eldership has been prayerfully monitoring the status of the COVID-19 situation over the past several months.  In the last couple of weeks, there has been a significant increase in positive cases in our county.

After input from various sources, including medical professionals, we believe it is best to suspend Bible classes again for the health and safety of our church family.  We understand that this is disappointing but feel it is the right decision under our current circumstances.

We will continue to worship together at the building as well as provide an online worship option for our members who feel it is best to worship from home.  The church family will continue to be divided by Barnabas groups, meeting in the fellowship hall and auditorium at 9:30 am.

        9:30 am Worship – Barnabas 1 & 4 meet in the Auditorium

Barnabas 2 & 3 meet in the Fellowship Hall

Though wearing a face mask is no guarantee of protecting people from catching COVID-19, it is the best way to protect others from being exposed.  The Elders strongly recommend that each member bring a face mask to wear while at the building for worship.  There will be masks available at the Fellowship Hall and Auditorium entrances if you do not have one.  Due to our limited foyer and hallway space, we ask that members move outside to visit after services

We want to do whatever we can to continue meeting at the building for worship so that we can encourage each other during this difficult time.

Thank you very much for your continued support and prayers,

The Elders
